There you are in your business. You have been growing it by yourself for the past two years. You are in a phase now where you are busy and there just isn’t enough time in the day to get done what you need to do. That is a sure sign that it is time to delegate some of your duties. Letting go of these duties means that you are growing! You are getting ready to make a leap in your business. This kind of letting go and growing happens in your personal life as well. It isn’t an uncommon thing that happens. The challenge is realizing when the right time to let go is and then doing it.

Letting go of duties or something in your personal life can be difficult. It is a transition stage and there is a lot of change associated with letting go. There is first the decision of what the best thing to let go of is. Do you let go of book keeping, scheduling, collaboration, or free time? The only way to decide what is the best thing to start with is to identify what areas you don’t enjoy working on. This is the area that you dread. When you dread doing something you are bringing that energy into other aspect of your business and life. This is your emotional guidance system telling you to let it go and grow! Find someone who can support you in this area. It will free up so much of your time and you will find that you are more focused and inspired in the areas you do enjo y.

When you are inspired good things happen. Trust the process. Growing by letting go happens when you learn to trust. Just giving trust to someone is part of the transition. Most people need time to learn to trust someone. When you hand part of your business duties over it is like handing over your child. You nurture your child for years and then all of a sudden you are dropping them off at school with a teacher you don’t even know. That is a lot like hiring someone to help you with your business. There is fear that it could go horribly wrong. Think again about the child going to school for the first time. By the time you pick them up they are laughing and telling you about all their new friends. A whole new world was opened up to them by you letting go. You both got to grow with this experience and that is exactly how it is with your business.

As you are growing you will also learn to master new challenges in your business. This is the part where you become more enlightened on what it takes to run an even bigger business than you are used to. If you were learning these things as you started your business it would be overwhelming. All challenges are presented to you at the time you are most capable of moving through them. Can you imagine what would happen if you sent a 2 year old to kindergarten. That again is what it would look like if you let go of your duties in your business too fast. Analyzing if it is really the best time to let go of something is crucial in the success of your business. If you start delegating just to be able to go skiing more often then you may not have the foundation your business needs to survive with other people running it. A g ood way to decide is to get really clear on why you want help with your business. If it truly is because you are so busy and your attention is needed elsewhere then hire someone. Follow that inner guidance. You know what your business needs or doesn’t need.

Now if it is time to let go and begin to grow, embrace it. Allow the transition to occur naturally, trust that the process is moving in the right direction and with the right people, and get really clear on why you are letting go. If everything is in alignment and you are being honest with your reasons, then the Universe will support you in your decision and create an amazing opportunity with your letting go and growing!

Today’s the day! You are set to go. You have to be at the meeting you set a month ago that will determine who is going to help you launch the next piece of your business. You are so excited because you have been working on this event for months. The idea came and you have built it from an idea to now seeing it come into form. There are going to be 150 people or so at this event you are creating and you really need help to pull it off and this meeting will determine who the right fit for the job is. There is just one problem, your little one is sick today and can’t go to school! Now what? How do you prioritize something like this? They are both your “babies” and there is a res ponsibility to both of them. Most people can prioritize when everything is going smoothly but what about when the unexpected happens?

It is important to first look at what prioritizing means. In Webster’s dictionary prior is stated as meaning taking precedence and prioritize means to list or rate in order of priority. In looking at these two you can see that prioritizing would mean to list or rate something that takes precedence. What takes precedence in your life? In the situation above you are looking at one, a sick child and on the other side, your business event where people are counting on you to deliver. Both are extremely important. The answer here is easy! Follow what your inner guidance says for you to do! It is simple to do but not always easy to do.

Now for most people following inner guidance is difficult to do. Let’s say for this example in your heart you hear “Stay home and take care of your little one, reschedule the meeting.” In your head you hear “Go to the meeting and find someone to help you with your little one.” With the Law of Attraction, following your inner guidance is the exact thing you should do in order to stay in alignment with a positive vibration. If you go against that guidance system you will attract occurrences that will give you feedback to listen more carefully next time. Prioritizing from your inner guidance will always put you in the right direction.Again, looking at the example above, you feel in your heart you should stay home. Let’s say you ignore that and continue to get ready to go to the meeting. Now you are on the phone looking for someone to help you. No one is home! You can’t get anyone to watch over your little one. You are now in a state of fear and anxiety. You have put the meeting as the priority and you are moving towards the desired outcome of finding the help you need with your project. What you do next, still not listening to your inner guidance, is chose to take your little one with you. You think to yourself “Well I can let them sit in the back of the room and watch a movie on my laptop with head phones.” You then pack up the car with your sick little one in the car. Now understand this is something m any people would do in order to take care of both. What you need to be aware of is that in your heart you knew you should stay home. What happens next is a clear indication of what you have put into motion.

You head down the road and you are a little overwhelmed. Your child is moaning and really is having a hard time. You hear that voice again “turn around and stay home”, yet you continue on. You hear some noises and a groan and as you pull into the parking lot. All of a sudden you child is getting sick. At least you were in the parking lot and they were able to get their head out of the car before it got all over but now you feel really bad. You start to doubt your choice about the meeting being the priority and begin to rethink how you prioritized. You start realizing that you are now 10 minutes late due to making phone calls and helping your sick child in the parking lot. Once you finally get inside people are getting anxious and are ready to get the meeting started. There is another problem, you sick child is in the bathroom getting sick again.

You decide you need to make a change and follow your inner guidance now and prioritize your sick child. You go in to the meeting and let everyone know what is going on. Everyone in the room feels terrible for your child and understands and you end up rescheduling the meeting for the following week. You feel a bit disappointed that you didn’t find the help you need figured out today but you are relieved that you can now focus on your little one. You get everything together, put your little one in the car and on the way home your child falls asleep. Once you are home everything starts getting back under control. Your little one starts getting better and you feel good about being home to take care of them.

Now this example is a clear indication what can happen when you don’t listen to your inner guidance when you are in the position to prioritize. The next time something like this comes up for you the only thing you need to do to make the right choice is listen to your heart. Trust and know that everything will work out and you are being guided to make the right decisions with your priorities!

There you are looking back over the year. You are thinking about all that you accomplished and notice some of the things you didn’t accomplish. There is the little pain in your stomach and a thought of “If only I had done that.” It is normal to feel this way. When we look at past desires that haven’t come into the physical form it is easy to feel a sense of regret. The only rule here is to make that regret complete! Yes, you can make the desire or goal complete in the New Year!

Making your goal complete is bringing it forward to move it into physical form. Sometimes when we have goals we make them huge and really far out there. Just because you didn’t see your desire manifest this past year does not mean it isn’t on its way. There is a Universal Law called the Law of Gender. This law states that for anything to come into form it must first go through a gestation period. Some call this law the Law of Gestation. Gestation periods bring to life the completed physical form. It is simple to see in the case of pregnancy. Everyone knows with a normal pregnancy it takes about 9 months to grow and then birth the baby. The same is true with your goals, dreams, and desires!

Goals, dreams, and desires must also go through a developmental stage in order to become complete. The first step is to know where you are and the second step is to know where you are going. The how part comes as the process moves. Sometimes you will have a crystal clear vision of how to help your desires become complete and see them in your physical reality. The times that you aren’t so clear can be the sticky point. This is the time when most people get discouraged and start to give up on what it is they want. See the Universe is working hard to bring that desire to you and it takes time for it to reach you. Your patience is the key to making it complete!

Patience is a skill and it must be developed. Some ways to helping with the skill and ensuring that your dreams will manifest and become complete are to trust, know, relax, and have fun! Trusting that you deserve what you want is number one. Many people have a hard time with trusting that they deserve anything. Now you may be thinking that you deserve everything but do you really TRUST it at your core? Think about it, think about times in your life that you really wanted something and you didn’t get it. What went through your mind? What goes through your mind now about that situation? The more you get clear with this the more you can uncover beliefs that are holding you back!

When you are holding yourself back you do not believe that your dream is going to become complete and take on its physical form. Believing is one step below knowing. Knowing is where in your core you KNOW that what you want is on its way. Nobody or nothing could tell you anything different. Now ask yourself, do you know that your dream will complete itself and you will see it come to fruition? Is there anything that could change your mind about it? Is there any situation that could move you in a different direction? Remember we are getting clear so we can become complete and see our dreams from the moment it was conceived to the moment it is birthed into reality. Be extremely honest with yourself.

Next, relax in your trust and knowing. You can keep your focus on what you are creating and check in to see how you feel. Are you tense all the time? Are you worried? Are you pushing to “make” things work? If so think of some ways to relax and let your goal move to its completed form. Take walks daily, get sun, meditate and calm your thoughts. Let your body flow with your day. Really do you want to be all worked up about your life or do you want to enjoy your life? You can do either but when it comes to completely your goals wouldn’t you rather do it while having fun?

Which brings us to the last point and that is to make it complete by having FUN! How are you bringing your dreams into life in a fun manner? Are you engaging others with your ideas? Are you creating new ways to bring your goal to life? Are you laughing while you work? Are you feeling inspired? Check in with yourself again and be honest. This is feedback and you can adjust what you are doing to make it more exciting. When you are feeling awesome about something people can feel that. They start enjoying your goal with you. They start to want it for you as well. Imagine what that kind of support would do for you in regards to making your dreams complete!

To make your dreams, ideas, and goals complete remember to check in with yourself. Be honest and find where you are with your emotions. Are you trusting, knowing, relaxing, and having fun? What areas need some attention? What areas are you doing awesome in? You have time so keep going. Now is your time to make it complete!

How do you take inspired action and what does that look like? Imagine you are waking up from a peaceful nights rest. You flow out of bed and into the shower. As you are bathing you get this amazing idea! You cannot wait to find someone to share your idea with. You are sure with the right help and coordination this idea will have a huge impact with so many people. You are pumped up and ready to go. Then you get out of the shower and the phone rings. It is your nanny and she is sick and can’t help you with your kids today. You completely understand and instead of jumping into your work clothes you slide on a pair of sweats and a cozy sweatshirt. You are a little worried now about how you are going to get what you wanted to accomplish done today. Then you recognize this is part of your responsibility of having children that are small and aren’t in school yet. You know you can work from home but there is a small “let down” feeling in your stomach but you say “life happens; I will get to it tomorrow.” You call the people who you were going to meet and reschedule your plans. The day goes on and you are able to accomplish some administrative tasks but nothing you really wanted to do. So what happened? What happen to all that inspiration you had in the shower?

Inspiration is something that excites you. It literally pulls you into action. The problem with inspiration is you can lose it as fast as you received it. In the above example you were about to take on a huge idea that could have the potential to impact many people. Yet once you received that call your inspiration was soon covered up by your worry and rescheduling. This is completely normal to worry about rescheduling and taking care of your kids at the same time. The reality is that people get sick and we still have responsibilities to our children and most of all we have responsibilities to ourselves. The responsibility to yourself is to live in that inspired state. So how is that done? How do you move and take inspired action with all of the requirements of your daily life?

The first step in living and taking inspired action is to recognize when you are inspired. Keep your focus and proclaim out loud that you are inspired. Saying something with conviction and out loud is very powerful. It literally cements your inspiration into your physical life. You will not forget it if you say it out loud, “This is inspiring and I want to do something about it!” It may seem silly and even a little too easy but have you tried it? Being inspired enough to make a claim to it will help move you into the next crucial step.

The next step is to share it will someone. Now if it is an idea that you want to keep to yourself until it is more developed, writing it down will be enough to keep you inspired. See the key here is that you want to stay engaged in this inspiration. Life does happen and you will have to attend to different aspects or responsibilities around you. If you have spoken to someone or written down your idea when you get side tracked you will be able to reconnect with the inspiration more easily. Think of it this way, if someone came to you and you felt their excitement and their joy you would want to support them in that. If you noticed that they weren’t talking about it anymore there would be this curious part of you that would probably ask them how it was going. That is how you would get your friend to reconnect with their inspiration. The same is true for you! A short conversation or a glance at your notebook can connect you with the energy you had when you wrote it or spoke it.

The next piece of this is how to take the inspired action. This is where many people get stuck. Inspired action is just that, action you take when you are inspired. Many people have a great idea and then focus on it and beat it up until they are sick of it. What happens is they get frustrated and then become done with the idea. They worked on it when they weren’t inspired and pushed and pushed until their energy was depleted. They end up getting discouraged and move onto the “next best thing.” The point here is to only work on the idea when the inspiration is flowing. That is extremely difficult for most people because they want to finish it and see it manifest into the physical form. Some have a belief that if they aren’t “working” then they are being lazy. There are many thoughts that people have that keep them busy but the key point is to get into that inspired state.

With inspiration you trust that when you have that spark and work in that flow. There will be little push and frustration when you are inspired. It will feel as if time stands still and all of a sudden the project is complete. So when you are not feeling inspired do not work on it! Remember inspired action pulls you forward, it doesn’t push you forward. You will recognize it you are out of this vortex of creative energy because you will feel discouraged or frustrated. If that happens put the project away. Pull it out when you feel inspired again. Even if it isn’t for months later. If you are too attached to it and just pushing it won’t have the same impact as it would if it was developed from pure inspiration.

Now some of you have to work under deadlines. The best thing to do when deadlines are part of the picture is to connect with yourself before working on what it is that has to get done. Meditating on the concepts and connecting with the project will give you helpful insights to get you into that space of flow and it will spark the creative energy.

Being inspired comes from your spirit. It comes from deep within you and it is a way to support you on a journey and a life of fun and fulfillment. If you recognize when you are inspired, proclaim it, share it with a friend or write it down, you are on your way to living more free and connected to the flow of life. Remember to only work on it when you are feeling the flow and the inspiration. If life gets in the way, don’t beat yourself up. Look to connect with it at a later time and if you must complete something for someone else, give yourself time to connect with how you want to present it or complete it. Connect with that inspiration and then take action!

First, in order to create a vision the easy way you will want to complete a few exercises. Spend some quiet time with a journal and allow yourself to grow in any direction your mind takes you. Allow yourself to develop any picture of what comes to mind. What have you always dreamt about doing yet you still haven’t done? If you had all the money in the world, what would you do with your life? Ask yourself these questions and sit with the thoughts that come to you. Once you have a clear picture of what you want write it down in your journal. Spend some time allowing that dream to get bigger until you can feel it at your core that it is something you want.

A key point is to keep in mind the thought that birthed this huge vision. This is your believable goal. This is important because to recognize because it is a step in the process to accomplishing your vision. Believable goals are goals you see yourself doing in the near future. It is a lot like lifting weights to increase your muscle mass. You must push yourself more and more each day but you should not over do it because it can cause an injury. If you push too far in your vision you may cause yourself overwhelm or burn out. Be gentle but push yourself to reach higher.

With each one of these steps keep in mind the little things you will want to do in order to get to your long term vision. Take an example of wanting to travel the world. There are steps you will need to take in order for this to become a reality. You will need money for your trip so consider this as a step in accomplishing the vision. How are you going to create the money to travel the world? Where people feel challenged is when their vision doesn’t happen fast enough. Incorporating the little steps it takes to get to your vision will help you see when you have accomplished a step and keep you inspired to move forward. It will ease your discouragement to see the accomplished goal.

Next, there are some tools you can use in assisting you in creating your vision. Creating a vision boards is a wonderful way to keep your dream in the forefront of your mind. When creating a vision board you will need a few things. Take a few magazines that you have around the house that contain items or pictures that inspire you. Find pictures that support your vision. For example, if you want to travel around the world you would cut out pictures of different place around the globe. You may even find a picture of a globe and cut that out. You could cut out pictures of money or take a paycheck stub and change the amount on the front and put that on your vision board. It is so easy to dream. Whatever it is that supports you and your vision is something you would want to cut out and use. Remember to put pictures of the little dreams and steps that lead to the big dream. This will give you feedback that you are on your way to your vision.

The next step is to create a list of goals. When do you want to accomplish your vision or when do you want this vision to be your reality? Your vision could be to create a business that feeds your soul and empowers you to create an income that allows you and your family to live a wonderful life of travel together. There are a couple of different goals here. One is to create a business that feeds your soul then other is to travel with your family. Let’s focus on the business goal. What does that business look like? Do you enjoying teaching others? Do you want to be a part of your community and help develop programs around your city? What exactly do you want to create? Once you know what you want your business to look like make a list of all the possible steps it would take to create that business. Try to put as many steps on the list. When the list is complete you prioritize which one is most important to accomplish.

This step of prioritizing you goals leads right into the next step. Creating a blueprint or plan to accomplish your vision is another way to support your dream. By doing the prioritizing of your goals, you have just created a blueprint on how to create your vision. As you are moving towards your vision you can check off the steps or goals that you have completed that will take you to your final destination. Each time you cross off something you have completed you are that much closer.

Remember, let yourself dream and build your vision. Cut out pictures that support that vision to keep your plan in the forefront of your mind. Make a list of goals that will help support you on this path and then prioritize. Write out each prioritized goal as your blueprint to your desired outcome. Last but not least implement your goals and take action every day. This is your life and you deserve to create the life you have always dreamed of!

Have you been working to grow your business for a while now and things are not happening as fast as you want? Are you looking to create a shift in order to take your business to that next level? If so then I would like to help you create a MAJOR shift and give your business a BOOST!

First, let’s look at the definition of miracle. The Webster’s Dictionary states that a miracle is an act or happening attributed to supernatural power; a wonderful thing. The next step in figuring out what a miracle is would be to define the supernatural power. This is where interpretation comes into play. We could look up the definition and get extremely technical but this article is meant to be empowering and allow you to connect with the feeling of miracles. For the purpose of this article supernatural power will be any kind of power that comes from your higher self.

When you are connect to love, peace, joy, and happiness you are creating from a place of high energy or your higher self. You are on the path to creating what you want. That in of itself is creating miracles. It is easy to watch other people and see the wonderful things that they are going through and forget to look at your own. You are a miracle and sharing your gifts is a miracle. How often do you take notice of the miracles around you? Each and every day that we put positive energy into our lives we are sharing that with those around us. We lift each other by staying in this high energy space. Image if all of us walked around with joy and love, peace and happiness. Can you image the power and the miracles we could and would create?

It is an amazing feeling to know that you are part of this miraculous world and that you have meaning in the world. There is a gift you should be sharing with the world. What is it? What miracle are you going to create and share with the world?

If you are having difficulties seeing how you create miracles here are a couple of ways to get in that space.

Have you ever woke up and felt stiff and sore yet you didn’t do anything that caused it? Have you had knee pain for some time and you can’t remember injuring it? If so you are among many people in the world. The pain is feedback that your body is giving you, telling you something is wrong or needs to be addressed. The feedback can be around many different subjects in your life. It can be around a relationship, around your career, your finances, or it can be about the need to get rid of a substance from your life. A hangover is a good example of this need of releasing a substance. If you drink too much alcohol, your body lets you know it. This is a pretty obvious example but let’s look at some of the other things your body is trying to tell you.

Back pain is one of the number one complaints for many people. It can be upper back pain, lower back pain, or worse, all over back pain. What is your body telling you? The back is your major support system in the body. It holds you up. Aside from major medical issues, if you are experiencing back pain a good question to ask yourself is what in your life is not supporting you or what in your life needs more support? If you analyze the question and think about the pain you will be amazed at what comes up for you. Some people know the answer right off the bat, while others need time to think about it. There is absolutely something connected even if it is on the smallest of scales.

Once you have identified the source of the pain in your back, look at ways to alleviate the pain. Ok you say, you’ve tried that one. This is something a little different. Think of the pain in regards to being supported or being more supportive. Once you have a direction on what to do take action on it. An example we could use would look something like this; you have upper back pain. You have asked the question where do I need more support. You get the answer from within that you would like more support at work. The next step is to take action on this.

You will need to make a plan of how to get more support at work. Schedule a time for you to sit down and prioritize what your key task and responsibilities are. Focus on the top three. Once you have those, schedule a time to sit down with your boss (or yourself if you are the boss). Explain to your boss what it would mean to you and the company if you felt more supported. If you have missed any work due to back pain this may be a good time to ask for what you need. If your boss is open and realizes that helping you is really helping him, he will help you delegate any work that you don’t have to do. Now you may be asking why he would do that. The reason is if you feel more supported you are more likely to focus on your work. Your attitude is lifted and the company just reaped the benefits. All because you asked for what you needed. Now how does this help your back pain?

If you ignore what your body is telling you, you are headed in the wrong direction. If you are an athlete and you are pushing yourself over and over again, you end up with an injury. Most athletes will push themselves but stop if there is any pain involved when there is pain that isn’t normal during a workout. If you don’t pay attention things could get really bad. Say you don’t take the time to talk with your boss. If you are the boss, you take it all on and won’t delegate. If you continue down this path your back will continue to hurt. Why is this? It is all about your attitude! The secret behind it all is your attitude is directly connected to what your body is experiencing.

Again, the purpose of this article isn’t to heal back pain that is related to a medical condition. If you are in a lot of pain, please go see your doctor. If you are stiff and sore and not really sure why, try these exercises out. Sit in a quiet space and ask yourself about the pain you are feeling. Then ask yourself if there is any way you could alleviate it or reduce it. Then listen to your higher self. It may be an answer like “sit in a different chair” or it could be deeper like “get more support at work”. Trust yourself that you know what you need and then take the action steps to help with the pain and your attitude. See if that helps. If it doesn’t see a doctor!

A better word for fear is feedback. Feedback is gold. Whenever you are working on something that means a lot to you there comes a point where you ask someone feedback on what you are creating. Sometimes that is a very scary thing to do. When you are in fear or receiving feedback you are incredibly vulnerable. You are exposing yourself to pain or some undesired result before you experience in reality. Fear is actually something to look at, hold, explore, and then moved through.

How do you move through fear and turn it into gold? Let’s look at that and explore some ways that can help us move through fear. First, take a scenario that you would like to create. For example let’s take someone who wants to start making a living making and selling jewelry. The first thing that might come up would be the question “how will I afford the materials it will take to make the jewelry?” This is a legit imate concern. It takes an investment to get to where you want to, in this case own a jewelry business. Some natural thoughts may be “I won’t be able to go on vacation if I use the money in my savings account” or “I don’t have any money to start this.” Alright now the thoughts are out there. You can now spend some time and look at these fears or thoughts and make a plan that moves you into the direction that you want to go.

Taking the vacation money, you are giving up some down time that you have planned. Is that really such a negative thing? You are starting a new journey and this new journey could provide you with more opportunities in the future to travel. You may even get to travel because of your new business to trade shows and that is an opportunity to meet new people who can assist you in the growth of your new company. Now if you look at the “I don’t have any money to start this business” thought again you can move through the block that is creatin g the fear around not getting your dream business started. Look at this thought. Write down ways you can get money. Can you get a business loan or find an investor to help you move towards your goal? It is all about opening doors and finding what you DO want. Feeling the fear and identifying the areas that need to be worked on with help you become successful.

When you are working through your fears you will also become stronger mentally and emotionally. You will identify your strengths and areas you need to grow in. Let’s take the jewelry business again. You have started the business. You have bought the materials and have created beautiful pieces. People are complimenting the styles w hen you wear them and you have sold a couple of pieces here and there. Now what do you do? This time the thought comes to your mind “wow, I am really good at making these items but I am going to fail because I am not selling as much as I need to in order to be profitable.” This again is just a fear or feedback. Let’s find the gold in this thought. You now know you are good at what you do. You know that people like your jewelry and that you are able to sell the items. The feedback is that you want to sell more to be able to continue your business. How d o you sell on a larger scale? You can brainstorm a few ideas. Some that are a good start is to get a website up and running, find a boutique that will do a trail stock and sell for you with part of the proceeds going to them. Go to trade shows and sell to big buyers. You have opened out many doors to continue on just by looking at the fear of the business not succeeding.

Working through the fear and finding opportunities are indeed the way to move through fear. Fear is always going to be a part of the human experience. It is how you deal with the fear that will show you the gold or not show you the gold. If you re-frame the word fear into feedback it takes a lot of the negative connotation away from the process of finding a direction. If you look at it as a clarity statement such as feedback it is a little easier to move through. It is your turn, look at something that you are fearful of. Make a list of ways that you can move through it and find the direction you must go in order for your desired outcome to occur. It’s time to find your gold!

Image that you wake up one morning and everything was exactly how you wanted it to be. You were in the ideal house, with your ideal partner, and it was decorated the way you have always dreamed of have your house decorated. You rub your eye and try to refocus because you are sure this is a mistake. When you went to bed last night, this wasn’t how it was. You rub again and still the ideal house, partner, family, decoration are all still there. You start to think that you have lost your mind but everyone around you is acting like everything is normal. You continue through your day and go with the flow because everything you do or interact with is so great and such an expansion of your dream vision of what life could be like. You really can’t believe it. It was so easy! All you did is go to sleep and when you woke up this wonderful life was waiting for you! Wow, it really was that easy!

As you read the above scenario what thought came to your mind? Where you completely skeptical that this was possible or did you go with the dream and get excited about it? What your answer was will tell you a lot about your inner voice and what you believe you can create in your life. We all have the ability to create what we want and yes it can be easy. Yes, you have been conditioned to believe “no pain, no gain” type of beliefs and there is another way to dream, move, and accomplish all that you desire. Here are some steps that you can take that will help put you in alignment with creating what you want in an easy fashion.

First, decide what it is you want to achieve at this moment in your life. It is best to focus on 1-3 things to begin. As you get better at making these steps a habit you can add as many goals or desires to your list. To get your top desires in order prioritize there importance to you. Tell someone you trust and know will help support you in your goal what it is you are going for. Let them in on your plan. This will help you stay on track and it will also provide you with someone to talk with during the creation phase. Bouncing off ideas with someone is a wonderful way to get clear on what you want and how to make it happen easier.

Second, put these things in order of importance and then start to brainstorm ideas of how to get the desired outcome. One way to get into the flow of brainstorming is to sit quietly with your desire in mind. Focus on the desire and when a thought come to mind write it down. Once it is on paper continue to sit quietly until the next thought comes to you. This is inspired brainstorming. It is a very easy and simple process. When you are in a space of flow, ideas will pour in from your higher self and lead you to the exact thing you need to do to make it a reality.

Third, take your ideas and review them a few times. There will be a few that stand out of the bunch. Those are the ideas you will want to focus on. For an example, let’s take someone who wants to bring in their ideal partner into their life. They would first decide on the type of person that they want to attract into their life. They would then brainstorm on way to meet this person like places to go or avoid, connecting with a dating coach, or telling friends that they are ready to be set up with this type of person. After they have done that, they would review the ideas of how to meet this ideal person. The one or two ways that really stick out are the ways this person should start working with in order to meet this person.

Next, you want to find help and support for your desires. Even in the above example, a person looking for their ideal relationship will need support in what they are trying to create in order to make the process easy. They could do it on their own but it will make it a longer and more difficult process. Once they have the ways they want to meet this person, it is a great idea to get people involved to support them. They may need a dating service or a person to go with them to an event that their ideal partner may be attending. As long as there is support the path will be easier.

The final and one of the most important parts of the easy process is to make systems that are working for you all the time. This minimizes your efforts and there are a lot of ways to create systems. Sticking with the example of someone wanting to attract a partner, let’s look at some ways to create a system to support the desired outcome.

They may first want to tell their friends what type of person they are looking for, that way if they met someone when you aren’t around that would be a potential fit; their friend can arrange a coffee date with a few people and invite you and this other person to join them. It doesn’t have to be awkward but it does have to happen. Second step in creating the system is they may set up a profile on an online community that is “working” for them even when they aren’t on the computer. Third, they can sign up for events and notifications when events are happening that are going to bring in their desired match. This way they are not always searching for some place to go. The information is being delivered right to them. They may also set up a schedule of when they will go out and be in the right mood to meet someone. This can fluctuate but you get the point. We are just trying to make it easy.

Making your life what you want can be easy. That doesn’t mean that it is always going to be fast like in the opening example but making it easy sure makes the ride enjoyable. So to recap the easy formula remember, decide what you want, the order of importance of that and then brainstorm on ways to have this come into your life. Next, review the ideas and take what resonates with you the most. Share your plan with a friend or someone who will support you with the plan. Then finally find support in the way of systems to help make the process smoother and more fun. This is all about creating what you want in an easy way. So remember the great saying “that was easy” and implement the easy formula today!

Have you ever watched a child? There is a lot that an adult can learn from a child. As adults, it is easy to let everyday occurrences dictate how we feel. We tend to hang on to the emotion of the event we have experienced. Say for instance, you and a friend are going to lunch. As you are going to park your car someone pulls in and steals your spot. This really makes you angry so you decide to say something to the person as they get out of the car. Basically, the other person doesn’t really care that they have caused you to get angry and they laugh it off. Now you are just infuriated! The whole event is stuck in your head throughout the entire lunch. When you get home, you realize you are still mad and to top it off you didn’t enjoy your time with your friend because you held on to the incident in the parking lot.

Now let’s take a child. They are in the park and they are playing in the sandbox. They have a bucket filled with sand and they are building a sandcastle. They pour the sand out and run off to go get a toy to add to their creation. You watch and notice they are intent on creating the BEST sandcastle of all time. They walk over to refill the bucket and another kid comes up and takes the bucket. The child who had it first grabs it out of the other kid’s hands and boom, a fight breaks out. Both children get in trouble and neither one of them can play with the bucket. Do they let that stop them? No, they find something else to do. A few minutes later you see them playing tag with the very child they were in a fight with moment before. What does this tell us? How can we learn from the children?

Children go with the flow! One of the Universal Laws is called the Law of Allowing. The law states that whatever is present in your life is perfect right now and that if you allow for it, you will enjoy the experience much more. You will move through conflict faster and see better things appear than you wouldn’t have seen otherwise. This law also states that you allow others to be where they are in their lives without any judgment or interference in their path. The example above is a perfect scenario. See, children feel the feeling they are having. They express what they feel and then they let it go. They don’t focus on the past or hold a grudge for the future. They just flow! It is a wonderful lesson to learn as an adult. If the parking lot incident could have been different, the emotions and the following events could have been much more pleasant.

Yes people should be considerate. That is not the lesson here. The lesson is to allow and try to go with the flow more often in your life. Can you think of a time where you would have enjoyed something more if you would have just gone with the flow? Think about a time you have resisted something. Now think about if you would have moved with it. Would the outcome have been different? What would it look like if you expressed what you felt and then just released the event from your mind?

Children are always expressing themselves. They get what they feel out of their little bodies and they move to the next event. They usually get what they want as well. The two little kids were not attached to the outcome of building the sandcastle. They were attached to having fun at the park. Because they were able to move through their emotions, release them completely, they attracted what they wanted, their desired outcome, to have fun at the park.

There are so many other examples that can be explored. As for the Law of Allowing and children, they are the perfect little teachers. Next time you are out walking or in a restaurant watch a child. See how they interact with the environment, their families, and other people to get what they want. They are brilliant little souls to learn from.
